Laki is based out of Dallas, Texas and drives the PMO office and Delivery organization.

Marty has 20+ years of comprehensive experience in the IT industry covering the entire software development life cycle, System integration, Product Development, driving strategic IT initiatives, building and sustaining independent practice lines and functions. He is a results-driven change leader with a strong record of turning around failing, large-scale, mission-critical projects. Marty is a renaissance individual with a proven ability to shape organizational performance and responsiveness to business needs with prominent contributions to business development, delivery excellence, customer satisfaction and cost management.
He holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Surathkal and MS in Computer Science from the University of Toledo, OH.

Renee Decker became a Senior Director at PalniES in 2021. She has been a prominent figure in the telecommunications business for over 26 years. She has real estate experience and has been on the board of a non-profit organization in addition to telecommunications. Renee enjoys working in this field because of the individuals she meets and the fast-paced technology. She is a firm believer in positive thinking and employee involvement in the workplace.
